I feel like that song pretty much sums up the past few months of my life. God is so faithful. I am surrounded by His love and comfort and grace at all times. I am in awe of how just how great He is. I don't feel as if words are enough to describe the love and patience of my God. Sometimes I look in the mirror and wonder why He has kept me around for so long. I mess stuff up all the time and make things more difficult that they have to be and I overestimate myself and underestimate God's power but He still loves me and He even likes me too! It is hard to stay discouraged for long with a God like mine of your side.

Things in Hong Kong are going really well. On Feb 14th I'll be heading to Manila, Philippines to help feed 5000 people! The group consists of 11 people, male and female, youth and adults. I am really looking forward to this trip and don't think that it could come at a better time. Here in Hong Kong the 14th begins Chinese New Year which is a HUGE deal. For us westerners the 14th is a day all about love. That day of love will kick off a week of us getting to be the hands and feet of Christ, sharing His great love with the impoverished people of Manila. I can't think of a better way to spend a valentines day.

For those of you who are and have been praying for me, THANK YOU! I am feeling those prayers. I am encouraged by the stories mom tells me about those of you who ask about me and share your sweet words of encouragement with her. I am so blessed to have such a supportive family, church, and community of friends, I thank my God for you.
